Sapphire Support is seeking an experienced Australian NDIS Rostering Officer to join our offshore management and administration team in the Philippines. This hands-on role will work Monday to Friday with potential seven-day coverage as the team grows, supporting daily rostering operations for Australian services.

You will collaborate with offshore Rostering Officers and the Australian management team to ensure SIL staffing, participant support, and rostering standards are met.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on rostering experience with an Australian NDIS provider.
• Experience preparing and managing Australian NDIS staff rosters.
• Understanding SIL, staffing ratios and participant support requirements.
• Experience handling shift cancellations and emergency replacements.
• Proficient with electronic rostering platforms.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, accountable and solutions-focused.
• Reliable high-speed internet and home office setup.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and publish staff rosters for Australian NDIS services.
• Collaborate with offshore Rostering Officers and Australian management.
• Manage shift vacancies, cancellations, sick leave, staff availability and replacements.
• Ensure participant support requirements and staffing ratios.
• Build rosters weeks in advance.
• Apply NDIS rostering requirements and SIL arrangements.
• Liaise with Support Professionals, Team Leaders and management.
• Maintain records using rostering and admin systems.
• Identify rostering gaps early and resolve them.
• Contribute to rostering process improvements.
