Job summary

International Organization For Migration in the Philippines seeks a National Supply Chain Officer to lead procurement, warehousing, and logistics at sub-office level. You will supervise staff, ensure compliant processes, and coordinate with the RMU and Manila team to support emergencies and routine operations.

Applicants should have a relevant master's or a degree with experience in procurement, logistics, and internal controls, with fluency in English and Filipino.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in business, SCM, logistics or procurement.
• University degree with two years relevant experience accepted.
• Experience in procurement and logistics operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise procurement activities within internal controls and bidding rules.
• Manage supply chain for emergencies incl. planning, procurement, warehousing and transport.
• Coordinate with Country Office and Supply Chain Unit on best practices.
• Analyze procurement requests and vendor performance for value and delivery.
• Monitor purchase orders and inform project managers of delivery updates.
• Oversee warehouse operations in Legazpi, including receipt, storage and inventory.
• Train and supervise procurement staff and produce monthly reports.
• Support emergency response planning and coordination of logistics.
• Maintain stock counts and accurate inventory records for reports.

Education

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement

University degree with two years relevant experience
