Job summary

IOM Philippines invites applications for a procurement and logistics consultancy within the Supply Chain Unit in Manila. The role emphasizes stock records, vendor onboarding to the WAVE Oracle platform, and timely procurement to sustain operations during the typhoon season.

The successful candidate will work under Resources Management, coordinating with Finance to manage POs, invoices, and records while supporting meetings and trainings and ensuring compliance with IOM procedures.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field with two years of relevant professional experience; Certification in Procurement, Logistics or Supply Chain Management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain stock records for office stationery and supplies.
• Provide procurement support for low- to medium-value, non-complex items with compliance to procedures.
• onboard vendors into the WAVE (Oracle) platform and ensure timely registration.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock to avoid stockouts at the Manila office.
• Track POs, process vendor invoices and coordinate with Finance for timely payments.
• Maintain organized procurement records per IOM policies; support periodic procurement reporting.
• Develop and maintain facilities tracker to record service requests and completed work for FY 2026.
• Support logistical arrangements for meetings, workshops, and trainings.
