Inversal Distribution Inc. in the Philippines is building a national events platform for collectibles, relying on sponsorships to drive revenue.

This role leads the full sponsorship cycle from first meeting to securing contracts for Manila shows, regional events, and year-round circuits. You will secure sponsors, develop a national title sponsorship, build media deals for live-streamed finals, create pricing strategies, and manage cash collections.

Qualifications

• You've personally closed a PHP 10+ Million sponsorship deal with an enterprise-level partner (Globe, Smart, Nestle, etc.), from first pitch to signed contract
• You can get a CMO or CFO to take a meeting, and you've sold at that level before
• You can build a package, price it, and defend the price in the room
• You're comfortable carrying a revenue target and being measured on it
• You have solid experience years in sponsorship, partnership, or media sales
• A feel for gaming, esports, collectibles, or fan communities is a plus
• Relationships with brands that already spend on those audiences is a plus

Responsibilities

• Secure sponsors for every flagship show, in Manila and in the regions
• Develop a national title sponsorship that puts one brand's name on the whole provincial circuit for the year
• Build media and content deals around live-streamed finals and event coverage
• Create sponsorship packages and pricing strategy
• Manage collections and track cash received from sponsors
• Work with the events team on renewals to ensure sponsors get what they paid for and return
• Close sponsorship deals from first pitch to signed contract
• Secure meetings with CMO or CFO level contacts and sell at that level
