Job summary

Abenson Ventures, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager - Site Selection to lead nationwide expansion. You will identify prime locations, evaluate properties, and negotiate lease or purchase terms to support growth.

You will collaborate with real estate, operations, and finance teams to assess feasibility, secure approvals, and report progress to senior leadership on the expansion strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, site selection, or commercial real estate
• Proven track record of identifying, acquiring, and operationalizing new business locations
• In-depth understanding of the local real estate market, zoning laws, and commercial leasing practices
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to evaluate financial data and secure favorable terms
• Strong project management capabilities to coordinate end-to-end site selection and acquisition process
• Familiarity with the retail or hospitality industry would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive market research to identify prime locations for new sites
