Viventis Search Asia is seeking a senior sales leader to oversee the nationwide sales organization for a flour milling business. The role requires strong leadership and extensive experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, or distribution, with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing large teams.

The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, manage distributors and institutional accounts, and collaborate closely with Marketing, Production, and Logistics to ensure product availability

Qualifications

• 6–10 years progressive sales experience with 3–5 years in senior/national sales management.
• Background in baking, food manufacturing, FMCG, or distribution preferred.
• Strong English and Filipino communication skills.
• Willing to travel extensively nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all national sales activities and personnel.
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage nationwide sales operations, promotions, and collections.
• Set and achieve regional/territory sales targets.
• Manage relationships with distributors, dealers, and institutional clients.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs for growth opportunities.
• Coach and develop regional/area sales teams.
• Monitor accounts receivable and collection performance.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Production, and Logistics to ensure product availability.
• Ensure compliance with pricing, credit, and company policies.

Main Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 6–10 years progressive sales experience, including 3–5 years in senior/national sales management.
• Background in baking, food manufacturing, FMCG, or distribution preferred.
• Proven success in achieving sales targets and managing nationwide sales teams.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, people management, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
• Knowledge of credit and collection processes.
