San Miguel Foods is seeking a Unit Sales Manager for the Southern Mindanao region. You will plan, organize, and direct the implementation of sales, distribution and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets for flour products and bakery ingredients in your territory.

The role requires strong negotiation and communication skills, a drive for fieldwork (about 80%), and regular client calls. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BSBA) or related field.
• Technical background and/or experience in baking is highly preferred.
• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably handling commodity products.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork approximately 80% of the time.
• Willing to conduct regular client calls and meetings.
• Strong customer relationship management and communication skills.
