Job Vacancy Phil in Metro Manila is seeking a senior pharma sales leader to drive national strategies for cardiovascular therapies. You will lead a large, dispersed sales team, nurture KOL relationships, and push market share targets through data-driven planning.

This DIRECT HIRE role requires 5–10+ years in pharma or medical devices with a cardiology focus, strong P&L oversight, and a deep knowledge of hospital tender processes.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute national sales strategies, goals, and initiatives to increase market share for cardiovascular therapies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with top cardiologists, healthcare institutions, hospital procurement, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Monitor national sales KPIs, provide regular forecasts, and manage the regional P&L, including budget allocation and margin optimization.

They are responsible for developing sales strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance, typically requiring extensive experience in pharma sales leadership and cardiology market knowledge.
• Proven track record (usually 5-10+ years) in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, with a specific focus on cardiology.
• Demonstrated experience leading large, distributed sales teams.

In-depth knowledge of cardiovascular disease treatment landscapes, KOL engagement, and hospital tender management.
