Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience managing online sales teams and 2 years of online sales.
• Familiarity with the full cycle of online customer acquisition and deal closing.
• Excellent skills in team management, strategic planning, and data analysis.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, manage, and train the online sales team; develop onboarding and mentoring plans to enhance skills.
• Break down sales targets and formulate team plans; monitor progress to hit goals.
• Oversee online channels and optimize acquisition, closing, and post-sales follow-up.
• Conduct regular reviews of sales data; analyze metrics and refine strategies.
• Manage key customer relationships and explore new online channels.
