Job summary

Michael Page is partnering with a prestige beauty leader to recruit a National Sales Manager based in Makati. This role will drive national retail sales, manage a large field sales and retail operations team, and strengthen key retail partnerships across premium brands.

You will collaborate with marketing, education, and brand teams to execute omnichannel initiatives, analyze performance, and implement growth plans that maximize market share and productivity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within beauty, cosmetics, luxury retail, consumer goods, or related industries.
• Strong track record of delivering sales growth through retail and distributor partnerships.
• Demonstrated experience leading large field sales, retail, or commercial teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and ability to translate insights into action.
• Experience managing omnichannel, digital, or social commerce initiatives is advantageous.
• Highly effective communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders across all business levels.

Responsibilities

• Drive national retail sales performance and deliver business growth targets across multiple brands and channels.
• Lead, coach, and develop a nationwide field sales and retail operations team.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key retail partners and store management teams.
