The role blends commercial strategy, customer leadership, and execution excellence to accelerate category growth and strengthen partnerships with national supermarket chains. You will lead the channel strategy, drive in-store performance, and coach a team of Key Account professionals while partnering with Marketing and Trade Marketing to ensure effective promotions and ROI discipline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leadership in FMCG/Consumer Health.
• Strong Modern Trade / Supermarket exposure.
• Proven track record in customer management and commercial delivery.
• Excellent communication and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Supermarket Channel strategy to achieve Net Sales, Market Share, and Profitability targets.
• Build and elevate partnerships with national supermarket customers through Joint Business Planning (JBP).
• Drive best-in-class in-store execution: visibility, distribution, assortment, and activation.
• Lead and coach a team of Key Account professionals; negotiate and guide customer plans.
• Partner with Marketing, Trade Marketing and RGM to ensure promotions and ROI discipline.
• Strengthen distributor and field execution using data and performance insights.
