Job summary

Tech Mahindra Philippines is seeking a Logistics Support Specialist to join our National Logistics team in Eastwood. You will provide daily administrative and operational support, respond to internal inquiries, and maintain shipment trackers for international freight.

This role requires strong organization and effective communication with internal stakeholders and vendors. Responsibilities include coordinating sea and air shipments, liaising with freight forwarders and customs brokers, and

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience handling global freight coordination.
• Experience in logistics support for warehouse, transport, and sales; preferred.
• Highly organized and experienced in using Microsoft Office Package, NetSuite, Power BI, Adobe Acrobat; including experience in basic reporting.
• Good communication skills and strong stakeholder management capability to liaise internal stakeholders and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide day to day administrative and operational support to the National Logistics team.
• Respond to internal customer enquiries and provide shipment updates.
• Maintain logistics documentation, trackers and operational data.
• Prepare logistics reports and support data accuracy across systems.
• Support the coordination and tracking of international sea and air freight shipments.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, overseas suppliers and customs brokers to obtain shipment updates and documentation.
• Monitor shipment milestones, maintain global freight trackers and communicate shipment status to internal stakeholders.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and other logistics support activities as required.

Your Day-to-Day

What We’re Looking For

• Shift: Morning shift – starts at 4AM (Manila Time), Monday-Friday
