Tech Mahindra Philippines is seeking an Associate Business Consultant to lead strategic projects from initiation to delivery, aligning with business goals and budgets in Ortigas, Pasig. The role emphasizes consulting with stakeholders, defining success metrics, and mentoring junior team members.

The position targets candidates with 5+ years of project management or consulting experience, and familiarity with Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid approaches, plus exposure to automation and AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in project management, consulting, or business transformation.
• Strong track record of delivering complex projects in BPO, shared services, or technology-driven environments.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches).

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution and delivery of strategic projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Serve as a trusted business consultant to stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations to achieve project goals
• Develop clear project plans, deliverables, milestones, and success metrics while maintaining adherence to timelines and budgets
• Oversee cross-functional collaboration, coordinating efforts between operations, IT, and functional teams
• Ensure thorough documentation of business requirements, processes, and workflows to guide execution and delivery
• Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing contingency plans to ensure successful outcomes
• Integrate automation, AI, and emerging technologies to streamline processes and improve project delivery efficiency
• Provide comprehensive project status reports, dashboards, and stakeholder communications throughout the lifecycle
• Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, driving performance excellence
• Mentor and guide junior team members, including Senior Business Analysts and Business Analysts

Your Day-to-Day

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• At least 5 years of hands‑on experience in project management, consulting, or business transformation, with proven execution and delivery expertise
• Strong track record of delivering complex projects in BPO, shared services, or technology‑driven environments
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches)
• Expertise in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Smartsheet
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Advanced communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence leadership and cross‑functional teams
• Experience leveraging automation, AI, or other digital solutions to enhance project execution
• PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, or other project management certifications (preferred)
• Experience in business consulting roles with a focus on project delivery excellence (preferred)
• Exposure to enterprise-level transformation initiatives, including advanced automation and process optimization (preferred)
• Strong leadership and execution‑oriented mindset with a passion for delivery excellence
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills, with keen attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, ambiguity, and evolving project requirements
• Proven ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and drive results
• Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation
