Responsibilities

• Strategic Expansion: Develop and implement nationwide business plans designed to penetrate new markets, increase market share, and drive revenue.
• Partner Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, dealers, franchises, and strategic partners across different regions.
• Market Research: Conduct continuous environmental scanning and data analysis on regional market conditions, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee lead generation, track conversion metrics, and ensure branch or regional teams meet monthly and quarterly financial targets.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to align on product positioning, promotional campaigns, and resource allocation.
