You will negotiate contracts, tenders, and long-term agreements, align cross-functional teams, and ensure forecast accuracy and pipeline discipline. This role requires a veterinary/animal health background, 10+ years experience, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years total experience, with at least 5 years in Key Account Management or sales leadership.
• Strong background in animal health, veterinary pharmaceuticals, biologics, or related healthcare industry.
• Proven experience in contract negotiation, tenders, and long-term commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Define national KAM strategy and lead the national framework; coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Lead negotiations with top-tier national accounts, including contracts, tenders, and long-term agreements.
• Drive profitable growth by optimizing portfolio positioning, pricing, and value propositions across strategic customers.
• Ensure rigorous forecasting accuracy and pipeline management within key accounts.
• Manage existing key accounts (integrators and large-scale institutional accounts).
• Direct relationship management with senior decision-makers at major accounts.
