Job summary

ADP, based in Metro Manila, is seeking a General Ledger Associate Consultant responsible for managing General Ledger Interface mapping and configuration for payroll clients. You will analyze clients' accounting needs and ensure successful configuration and output.

Qualifications

• Able to analyze client chart of accounts and mapping requirements.
• Proficient in managing General Ledger Interface mapping and configuration.
• Experience in working effectively with high volume clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage the General Ledger Interface mapping and configuration for payroll clients.
• Provide excellent service to clients and colleagues.
• Collaborate effectively with clients to meet their needs.

Skills

Fluent in English (verbal and written)

Advanced facilitation skills

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools, especially Excel

Basic knowledge of math

Proficient in PC navigation

Previous payroll experience, especially ADP Payroll products

Experience with ADP GL or ADPGLI

1-3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience

Project management skills

Excellent client service orientation

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in experience
