Responsabilidades

• Oversees day-to-day operations and readiness of assigned museum properties.
• Conducts site visits to monitor facility condition, cleanliness, safety, and service standards.
• Identifies issues and ensures timely resolution for museum concerns.
• Coordinates with suppliers, contractors and service providers for maintenance and repairs.
• Monitors quality of maintenance activities.
• Leads and mentors the team to develop knowledge.
• Supports exhibitions, events, and special projects.
• Prepares operational reports and follows up on actions.
• Ensures adherence to operational, service, and property standards.
