Job summary

Qualifications

• Vocational graduate with TESDA NCII/NC III in a related trade.
• 2 years’ experience in property maintenance or facilities management.
• Hands-on skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, or general repairs.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of basic safety standards and building codes.
