Job summary

W Bridges Manpower Corporation is seeking a multi-skilled technician in Laguna, Philippines. The role covers general maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems in commercial settings.

The ideal candidate has technical-vocational training, TESDA NC II in EIM, RAC Servicing, or Plumbing, and 2–4 years of facilities management experience. Must be able to lift heavy loads and work actively in the field.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a technical-vocational course in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or Building Maintenance.
• Valid TESDA NC II in Electrical Installation and Maintenance (EIM), RAC Servicing, or Plumbing.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in facilities management or building engineering.
• Capable of lifting heavy loads, climbing ladders, and performing active field work.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, plumbing, air conditioning (HVAC), and mechanical building systems.
• Conduct routine site walkthroughs to inspect equipment, diagnose faults, and resolve issues before breakdowns happen.
• Respond promptly to service calls, handle minor carpentry or masonry, and manage repairs using standard hand and power tools
• Follow health, safety, and environmental (EHS) regulations and building codes while wearing proper personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Keep accurate logs of completed tasks, materials used, and equipment status
