Job summary

Eastvantage Business Solutions Inc. is seeking a Paid Social Media Specialist to manage end-to-end delivery, optimization, and performance monitoring of client campaigns across Meta, YouTube, Google, Reddit, and TikTok.

Reporting to the Ad Operations Team Leader, you will set up campaigns, check content, monitor results, and prepare performance reports. The role requires strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and the ability to juggle about 25 campaigns per month in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Proven experience in paid social media, retargeting, or targeted digital advertising.
• Hands-on experience managing campaigns across one or more major platforms.
• Strong time management, organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute multiple paid social media campaigns across Meta, YouTube, Google, Reddit, and TikTok.
• Set up campaigns accurately based on targeting, specifications, and client requirements.
• Conduct content checks to ensure campaigns comply with platform policies and best practices.
• Monitor campaign delivery and performance, identifying opportunities for optimization.
• Optimize campaigns to improve delivery and achieve agreed performance objectives.
• Prepare campaign performance reports and post-campaign data for sales teams and clients when required.
• Support the technical integration of CRM platforms, including Zapier.
• Maintain accurate campaign records and ensure all campaign-related administrative tasks are completed on time.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve campaign issues and ensure smooth delivery.
• Manage approximately 25 client campaigns per month, with volume subject to the number of campaigns sold.
