Job description

Overview

We are looking for creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Assistant that can assist our company in creating and producing multimedia content according to project specifications, ranging but not limited to corporate videos, website assets, social media content, interfaces, and more, in order to expand our reach with potential partners as well as in improving the company branding.

Responsibilities

• Developing multimedia visual design concepts in collaboration with the Digital Experience Manager.
• Develop creative assets ranging but not limited to website pages, social media content, videos, etc.
• Performing media edits based on the management’s feedback.
• Ensuring that design guidelines of the company and brands it carries are met and well implemented.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends and best practices.
• Provide creative support to the Marketing Team and other departments (Graphic Design for Print, Videography, Photoshoots, etc.).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Information Design or any related course required.
• Skills in Content Conceptualization, Design, Adobe Suite (Advanced), Word Press Development, Videography.
• With time management and organizational skills, creative and with strong and clear communication skills – oral and written.
• Has strong drive for excellence.
• Willing to report in the office (Cubao, Quezon City).
• Amenable to work from Mondays to Fridays work schedule (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM).
