Asia Peopleworks Inc. is seeking a Multimedia Artist to join the Rewards, Incentives, Communications and Events (RICE) Team on-site in Taguig.

The role focuses on producing high-quality visual content for events, campaigns and digital materials, with responsibilities across video production, EDM design, and asset management. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in multimedia design, proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, strong storytelling, and a keen eye for branding consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in multimedia arts or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in multimedia design, video editing, or content creation.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Strong video editing and storytelling skills; motion graphics a plus.
• Experience creating EDMs and digital campaign materials.
• Understanding of branding, layout and visual consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Video production for events and incentives trips.
• Deliver video outputs on time based on agreed timelines.
• Produce at least 1-2 highlight videos per event-trip (or as required).
• Achieve stakeholder satisfaction on video quality and storytelling.
• Ensure on-time delivery of creatives for campaigns and events.
• Maintain adherence to brand guidelines with minimum revisions required.
• Support campaigns and events.
• Deliver EDMs on schedule prior to send-out.
• Contribute to achieving target email engagement metrics.
• Upload and organize final assets; maintain consistent file naming and structure.

The Multimedia Artist supports the Rewards, Incentives, Communications and Events (RICE) Team in conceptualizing and producing high-quality visual content. This role is responsible for creating engaging video materials for trips and events, designing promotional assets, and developing EDMs that align with brand standards. The role plays a key part in enhancing storytelling, driving engagement, and bringing campaigns and experiences to life through compelling multimedia content.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

• Video Production for Events and Incentives Trips
• Deliver video outputs on time based on agreed timelines
• Produce at least 1-2 highlights videos per event-trip (or as required)

2. Promotional and Campaign Materials

• Ensure on-time delivery of creatives for campaigns and events

4. Content Repository and Asset Management

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE

• Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Communications or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in multimedia design, video editing, or content creation
• Proficiency in design and editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)
• Strong video editing and storytelling skills (motion graphics is a plus)
• Experience in creating EDMs and digital campaign materials
• Good understanding of branding, lay-out and visual consistency
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
