Multimedia Specialist

About the Role

The Freelance Multimedia Specialist is responsible for designing and developing visual assets to support HMD Hermada HR Solutions Corporation’s branding, marketing, and social media initiatives. In addition, the designer will work on client projects, delivering high-quality creative materials that align with specific client branding and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

A. Corporate & Client Collaterals (Static & Print)

• Design corporate branding materials for HMD Hermada and client projects, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, business cards, letterheads, and presentation decks.
• Develop marketing materials for company and client events, client presentations, and internal communications.
• Create high-quality visuals for reports, proposals, and other business documents.

B. Social Media Content

• Create social media content for HMD and clients across social media platforms.
• Ensure brand consistency across all social media creatives.
• Edit photos and videos for social media enhancements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align visual storytelling with campaign strategies.

C. Other Multimedia Tasks (As Needed)

• Assist with video editing for corporate and client promotions.
• Design infographics or interactive content when required.
• Adapt designs based on feedback and complete revisions within agreed turnaround time.
