Job summary

goFLUENT is seeking an Instructional Video Designer to conceptualize, produce, and edit language-learning videos aligned with project needs. You will manage multimedia assets, apply instructional design principles, and collaborate with designers and managers to ensure high-quality content.

You will utilize Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Audition, After Effects) and stay current with EdTech trends, while supporting a global learning platform.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently and in a team
• College degree in Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, or equivalent preferred
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and multimedia production experience required
• Portfolio showing visually compelling, instructional content
• Ability to follow complex instructions and apply feedback effectively

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, produce, and edit language teaching videos aligned with project requirements
• Produce, format, and organize multimedia assets to enhance learning while meeting requirements
• Leverage AI tools and macros to optimize batch processing and quality
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and fixes for multimedia assets
• Collaborate with Instructional Designers and stakeholders and share project updates
• Explore new EdTech tools and trends to keep assets competitive
