Job summary

You’ll collaborate with SMEs, edit videos, and ensure quality across materials while managing multiple projects to meet deadlines. Strong writing, Canva, Articulate 360, and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Instructional Designer or similar role.
• Strong writing and multimedia production skills.
• Hands-on experience with e-Learning design and ADDIE principles.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement e-Learning courses and training materials based on learning objectives
• Create storyboards and visual concepts for e-Learning modules and videos
• Develop interactive learning experiences using authoring tools and multimedia elements
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and ensure accuracy

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to develop engaging e-Learning content and multimedia learning experiences. The ideal candidate has strong writing skills, a solid understanding of instructional design principles, and hands-on experience creating digital learning materials, including videos and interactive modules.

• Experience using Canva for visual content creation
• Hands-on experience with Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise)
• Knowledge of e-Learning design best practices and instructional design methodologies
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
