Guesty is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to join our hospitality tech team. You will directly engage with customers, managing onboarding, configuration, and training to ensure they can fully leverage the Guesty platform.

You’ll build strong client relationships, tailor configurations to needs, and serve as the primary onboarding contact. Proficiency in French plus Spanish or Portuguese and 3+ years in a similar role are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a similar role as a Professional Services Consultant, Technical Account Manager, or Enterprise Support Engineer in a B2B SaaS company.
• Strong technical acumen and analytical skills with demonstrated problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, configuration, and user training to ensure successful product adoption.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, understanding their needs and goals.
• Customize and optimize account settings to meet client requirements and deliver tailored experiences.
• Conduct product training sessions via video conferencing and follow up to boost engagement.
• Serve as primary point of contact during onboarding and escalate issues when needed.
• Develop product expertise to assist customers and relay feedback to product teams.
• Coordinate data migration, project management, and successful implementation.
