Job summary

Stefanini North America and APAC is seeking a support technician to provide professional end-user support via phone, email, or web. The role involves tracking incidents, distributing tickets, and providing maintenance actions for problem resolution.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, good communication skills, and some background in Technical Support and troubleshooting. BPO experience is also preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or vocational in IT-related courses is a plus.
• Minimum of completed two years in college or has finished a Diploma/Certificate course.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional end-user support via telephone, email or web submits.
• Track incidents and calls, including entering data into the database.
• Responsible for distributing tickets in the queue and checking ageing tickets.
