Job summary

Stefanini Philippines, Inc. is seeking an IT Helpdesk/Technical Support specialist in Pasay. You will handle calls for PC hardware, software, and networking issues, providing basic troubleshooting and user assistance in English, with German as a plus.

Qualifications

• Ready to handle several calls daily and PC troubleshooting.

• Prior BPO technical support experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
