Job summary

Welo Data, part of Welocalize, is seeking a Session Director to support live, supervised voice recording sessions for a multilingual Spanish (Mexico) project. You will facilitate sessions and coach participants to ensure natural, authentic recordings.

This freelance remote role requires about 4 hours per session, plus roughly 8 hours of calibration before production. Compensation is $55.00 USD per hour, with fully remote work and flexible project-based opportunities.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Spanish (Mexico).
• Experience facilitating recording sessions and coaching participants for natural, authentic delivery.
• Comfortable managing real-time technical quality monitoring (file format, recording specifications) during live sessions.
• Available to support sessions running approximately 4 hours each.

Responsibilities

About the Project
