Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in customer service (BPO experience preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills: Fluent in both spoken and written English
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer or receive customer requests via different service channels (calls/chats/hotline/mails/tickets), and provide timely and accurate solutions based on SOP.
• Resolve cases within the scope of authority or escape to the appropriate team for unresolved issues.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
