Job summary

Jimcar & Son’s Philippine Corporation invites a seasoned Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of multiple Mang Inasal outlets within an assigned group in the Philippines. You will ensure adherence to company policies, operating standards, procedures, and brand guidelines while driving sales and profitability.

You will lead, coach and develop Restaurant Managers and Assistant Restaurant Managers across all stores, manage staffing and deployment, monitor KPIs, uphold food

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Hospitality, or related field.
• 5–8 years in restaurant operations managing multiple stores.
• Experience supervising QSR/food service teams and large staff.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Mang Inasal restaurants and ensure policy compliance.
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to identify improvements.
• Drive sales, profitability, and business targets across assigned stores.
• Review store performance and identify opportunities to boost sales and profitability.
• Monitor KPIs like sales, transactions, average check, food cost, labor cost, waste and other metrics.
• Lead, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers.
• Ensure manpower planning, staffing, scheduling, and deployment across stores.
• Ensure strict food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, food usage, waste, spoilage, and variances.
• Prepare and submit regular performance reports to management.
