• Minimum 3–5 years managerial experience in Jollibee Store Operations.
• Must have passed the company BOTP and Management Development Plan.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong negotiation, people management and development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Defines and achieves stores' sales and sales growth targets.
• Identifies and monitors franchise sales plan execution.
• Defines and achieves stores' profitability and cost efficiency targets.
• Ensures customer satisfaction targets and FSC adherence.
• Leads interview processes with Recruitment for Store Management.
• Implements Manager Training Systems and closes performance gaps.
• Develops objectives with Store Managers and tracks performance.
