Job summary

The Moment Group of Restaurants in Cebu seeks an Area Leader to oversee multiple restaurant locations, ensuring Din Tai Fung standards, guest satisfaction, and food quality across FOH and BOH.

You will collaborate with Restaurant Managers and kitchen leaders to drive performance, develop teams, and support growth. Travel across Cebu will be required, with a focus on maintaining high standards and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in multi-unit restaurant or hospitality operations.
• Strong background in FOH leadership, BOH/kitchen operations, or both.
• Experience in casual dining, semi-fine dining, or premium concepts is preferred.
• Ability to lead, coach, and manage stakeholders across locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned Cebu branches to ensure brand and service standards.
• Drive guest experience, cleanliness, food safety, and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with policies, local regulations, and food safety standards.
• Lead FOH and BOH teams with support from managers and kitchen leaders.
• Collaborate with Operations, Training, HR, and Supply Chain to implement openings.
• Identify gaps and implement action plans to improve service, speed, quality, and productivity.
