Job summary

Hoc Po Feeds Corporation is seeking an organized HR Generalist to support HR operations across multiple business units, including recruitment, timekeeping, employee relations, and compliance. The role involves onboarding, documentation, payroll inputs, and HR reporting from Bagong Barrio, Caloocan.

You will work closely with Business Unit Heads and the Head Office HR team to implement HR initiatives, address workforce concerns, and maintain accurate employee records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in human resources, preferably HR Generalist or multi-functional HR role.
• Knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, timekeeping, performance management, HR documentation, and employee engagement.
• Familiarity with Philippine labor laws, employment regulations, and due process is an advantage.
• Experience supporting multiple Business Units, branch operations, manufacturing facilities, or dispersed workforces is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support across multiple Business Units, coordinating with Unit Heads and employees on workforce concerns and HR requirements.
• Coordinate recruitment and selection activities, including requisitions, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups with Recruitment.
• Facilitate onboarding, orientation, regularization, and related processes for proper documentation and compliance.
• Monitor attendance, timekeeping, overtime, leaves, and payroll inputs for accuracy.
• Assist in implementing performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback.
• Handle employee relations concerns in coordination with Unit Heads and HR team.
• Prepare disciplinary notices, incident reports, and case documentation per policy and labor regulations.
• Monitor employee movements across Business Units (hiring, transfers, promotions, resignations).
• Support employee engagement, recognition, welfare, and retention programs across Units.
• Coordinate training and development activities and identify workforce training needs.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR trackers, and confidential documentation.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.
• Prepare and consolidate HR reports on headcount, movements, attendance, and other metrics.
• Coordinate with Compensation and Benefits on payroll inputs and benefits.
• Assist in implementing and improving HR policies, procedures, and systems.
• Conduct regular coordination with Unit Heads to address manpower concerns and HR priorities.
