Job summary

Pickup Coffee is seeking an Area Manager to oversee a group of stores in Davao, ensuring policy adherence, operational efficiency, and high product quality. You will lead Store Supervisors and Barista/Cashiers, focus on manpower planning, customer service, and KPIs, while driving continuous improvement and strong financial controls.

The role involves collaborating with Marketing, managing stock, and ensuring compliance across banking deposits and sales reporting.

• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Financial acumen and understanding of cash controls.
• Proficiency in using relevant software applications.

Responsibilities

• Closely work with Store Supervisors and Barista/Cashiers to ensure consistent policy execution and efficient store operations.
• Train and orient store teams in manpower planning, customer service, and SOPs for store operations.
• Identify performance KPIs and provide hands-on guidance for improvement.
• Monitor and analyze daily and weekly sales across stores in the area.
• Lead in delivering quality customer service and provide coaching to store teams.
• Oversee Barista/Cashiers to ensure products meet approved standards.
• Ensure welfare, safety, and security of employees and store locations.
• Oversee reporting on employee benefits, pay, and timekeeping.
