Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• 5+ years of management experience in hospitality, sports facilities, or resort operations.
• Proven track record of operations management with P&L responsibility.
• Strong understanding of sports facilities management and disciplines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Budgeting, financial management, and data analysis proficiency.
• Experience with customer relationship management and hospitality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all sports facilities and equipment.
• Ensure optimal maintenance of courts and facilities and calibration of golf simulators and putting.
• Develop and implement operational policies, safety protocols, and facility usage guidelines.
• Monitor facility utilization rates and maximize occupancy strategies.
• Coordinate and deliver services to guests.
• Offer specialized services, packages, and memberships to partner hotel guests.
• Establish SLAs and performance metrics with partner properties.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff including coaches, technicians, and customer service personnel.
• Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Conduct performance evaluations and develop personnel.
• Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability metrics.
• Design pricing strategies, promotions, and memberships.
• Track KPIs and take corrective actions as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with guests and partner hotels.
• Develop marketing strategies with Marketing teams to attract guests and corporate clients.
• Organize sports events, tournaments, and team-building activities.
