Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks an experienced Hotel General Manager to oversee all hotel operations, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure profitability. The role requires leading department heads, developing strategic plans, and maintaining service standards in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will manage multiple departments, implement policies, and ensure compliance with labor laws and safety regulations while focusing on revenue growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 5+ years in hotel management roles, preferably as GM or senior operations executive.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, budgeting and cost control.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive profitability and occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across all hotel departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Accounting, HR).
• Develop and implement business plans and strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Monitor financials, budgets, and expenses to optimize resource use.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and maintain high standards of safety and quality.
• Lead and motivate department heads to achieve objectives.
• Drive occupancy and revenue through strategic initiatives.
