Job summary

Stone of David Corporation in Taguig is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and general building maintenance at The Gunstore, W Global Center. The role is strictly on-site and requires a hands-on approach to facility upkeep.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or technical training, and be able to work overtime or during emergencies while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Trade/technical education in Electrical Technology or related fields.
• 3–5 years of building/facility/store maintenance experience preferred.
• TESDA NC II is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in electrical troubleshooting, AC maintenance, basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, and general building maintenance.
• Understanding of electrical systems, hydraulics, and other building systems.
• Able to use hand/power tools and electrical testing equipment safely.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Physically fit and able to lift equipment and perform manual tasks.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to render overtime, weekends/holidays, and respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry work, including repair and installation of doors, cabinets, shelves, and other wooden fixtures.
• Conduct basic inspection, troubleshooting, cleaning, and preventive maintenance of air conditioning units, coordinating major repairs when needed.
• Perform electrical maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of lighting, switches, outlets, wiring, circuit breakers and related components with safety standards.
• Carry out general maintenance and repair tasks including minor plumbing, painting, and other building maintenance as required.
• Conduct routine inspections of store facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs and ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments.
• Observe and comply with all workplace safety policies and procedures.
