Job Description

We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Technician who can perform a wide range of maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting tasks across various building systems. The ideal candidate must have solid technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general facilities maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, lighting, and other facility equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and ensure all equipment and systems are in good working condition.
• Support improvement projects and coordinate with contractors when needed.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service reports.
• Comply with safety procedures and company policies at all times.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Electrical, Mechanical, or any Technical/Vocational Course related to building maintenance.
• With TESDA NC II / NC III certification in any trade is an advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in facilities maintenance or technical work.
• Knowledgeable in MEPFS systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Sanitary).
