Job summary

STEQ Technological Solutions & Services Inc. is seeking a hands‑on Multi‑Skilled Field Technician in Metro Manila to install and service electrical systems, solar power setups, and EV charging stations. You will collaborate with specialists in CCTV, networking, and security systems while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires TESDA certificates, potential RME background, and willingness to travel for field work. Training and career progression opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• TESDA certification in electrical installation or PV systems.
• PRC RME is an advantage and may be required for certain tasks.
• OSH training and site safety orientation completed before deployment.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
• Install and service off‑grid solar power systems including panels, inverters, batteries, and wiring.
• Install and troubleshoot EV charging stations with supply circuits and protective devices.
• Perform wiring, grounding, testing, and basic fault diagnosis.
• Assist with CCTV, access control, FDAS, alarms, networking, and Wi‑Fi installations.
• Carry out mounting, conduits, cable trays, and labeling tasks.
• Conduct site inspections, preventive maintenance, and customer visits.
• Document service reports and project updates.
