Job summary

JLL is seeking a Multi-Skilled Technician (NC2) based in Makati. The role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems within a commercial building.

The ideal candidate will hold NC2 certification, a high school diploma, and 2–3 years’ hands-on experience. Strong troubleshooting across trades and safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• NC2 certification in relevant trade (Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC, or Multi-Skilled).
• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on maintenance in commercial/institutional settings.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot across multiple trades.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on building systems according to plans.
• Conduct corrective maintenance and emergency repairs across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and service calls from occupants.
