Job summary

JLL in Makati, Philippines is seeking a Multi-Skilled/Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair electrical and electro-mechanical systems across commercial properties. You will perform preventive maintenance on electrical gear, HVAC, lighting, fire safety systems, and building automation, and respond to equipment outages to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires 1-2 years of relevant experience and NC2 or NC3 certification, with willingness to travel locally

NC2 or NC3 certification is required.
Willingness to travel a few times a week within the role's designated areas.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on electro-mechanical systems, panels, switchgear, and distribution equipment.
Inspect and maintain lighting systems, including LED retrofits and emergency lighting.
Service and repair electrical motors, generators, and backup power systems.
Maintain building automation and control systems.
Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment including chillers, cooling towers, air handlers, and rooftop units.
Inspect and test fire alarm, sprinkler, and fire suppression systems.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using testing equipment; repair or replace faulty components.
