Job summary

Conexus Staffing & Consultancy Solutions is partnering with a client in Pasig City to hire a Property Engineer. The role oversees maintenance operations across multiple properties and leads on-site teams to ensure reliable building systems.

The candidate will supervise Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Security, coordinate with contractors, and develop preventive maintenance schedules for pumps, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Onsite work required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
• Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in Property Management.
• Experience overseeing multiple properties or sites.
• Experience supervising Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Security teams.
• Background in property engineering, facilities, or building maintenance.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Experience in preventive maintenance and equipment monitoring.
• STP experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee repairs, maintenance, and preventive maintenance across multiple properties.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify technical and maintenance concerns.
• Supervise site teams, including Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Security.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers for repair and maintenance works.
• Develop and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for building equipment and systems.
• Monitor pumps, generators, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other critical equipment.
• Monitor STP operations and coordinate necessary maintenance and repairs.
• Conduct unit turnover inspections and punchlist activities.
• Coordinate maintenance requirements with Property, Leasing, and Operations teams.
• Prepare reports on repairs, preventive maintenance, equipment condition, and site concerns.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer preferred
