Transnational Properties Inc. is seeking a Building Engineer to oversee maintenance, operations, and technical management of assigned properties in Boni, Mandaluyong City. The ideal candidate will ensure that all building systems operate efficiently while maintaining safety, quality, and compliance standards.

The role requires organizing preventive maintenance, supervising staff, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring safety and compliance for optimal building performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or related engineering course.
• Licensed Engineer preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in building, property, or facility management.
• Knowledgeable in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and building systems operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and report preparation.
• Willing to work on-site in Boni, Mandaluyong City.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the overall operations of the building and its facilities.
• Conduct regular inspection and preventive maintenance of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and auxiliary systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building standards, and company policies.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers for repair and maintenance works.
• Prepare maintenance reports, incident reports, and technical documentation.
• Monitor utility consumption and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
• Respond promptly to building concerns, emergencies, and technical issues.
• Supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance personnel if necessary.
• Ensure tenant and client concerns are addressed efficiently and professionally.
