Job summary

Our Clients is seeking a Business Center Operations Lead to oversee the performance and commercial success of a portfolio of customer-focused locations. You will provide strategic leadership across operations, sales, customer experience, marketing, and financial performance while ensuring adherence to company standards.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive growth, enhance efficiency, and build high-performing teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences across all sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations or commercial leadership.
• Experience managing multiple locations or multi-site operations.
• Proven track record of driving operational improvements and growth.
• Experience overseeing cross-functional teams and P&L awareness.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple business locations with consistent service quality.
• Develop initiatives to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
• Identify challenges and implement effective solutions to meet objectives.
• Monitor service quality and provide regular performance updates to leadership.
• Collaborate with sales to achieve revenue targets and growth.
