Job summary

Filinvest Business Services Corporation in Metro Manila seeks a Network Admin Assistant to provide Level 2 network support across Edsa office, One Filinvest, Beaufort, and Filinvest Land branches. You will help maintain LAN/WAN health and assist with network installations and incident response.

The role requires a degree in Engineering, CS or IT, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/CS/IT required.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN, VLANs, routing and firewall capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 network support across specified locations.
• Monitor health and performance of LAN/WAN and wireless networks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues (copper/fiber, switches, VLANs, routing, firewall).
• Assist in implementing new network technologies and perform routine maintenance.
• Document configurations and troubleshooting steps.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for complex problems.
