Job summary

Eastman Industrial Supply Inc. is seeking an Assembly Manager to lead and optimize operations across Makati, Cebu, and Sta. Rosa service centers.

You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency while coordinating with Engineering, Procurement, QA/QC, Warehouse, and Sales to align with business goals. The role requires 5+ years in assembly/service operations and at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity, with experience in pump and motor rehabilitation preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years in assembly, repair, or service operations.
At least 2 years in supervisory/managerial capacity handling mechanical and electrical assembly or service centers.
Experience in pump and motor rehabilitation is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead the setup, development, and management of assembly and service centers in Makati, Cebu, and Sta. Rosa.
Ensure readiness, efficiency, and safety compliance of all facilities.
Establish and monitor KPIs to measure productivity, cost-effectiveness, and service quality.
Oversee rehabilitation processes for pumps and motors to meet high performance standards.
Manage and mentor Assembly Supervisors and technical teams for operational excellence.
Set performance goals, monitor progress, and drive team accountability.
Oversee manpower allocation across multiple locations and promote safety and teamwork.
Implement Lean and Kaizen initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce waste.
