Job summary

Eastman Industrial Supply Inc. is seeking an Assembly Manager to lead and continuously improve assembly and service center operations across locations.

You will drive operational excellence, ensure product quality, safety, and efficiency, and implement continuous improvement initiatives aligned with company goals. You will oversee manpower development, facility operations, and rehabilitation of pumps and motors, coordinating with Engineering, Procurement, Warehouse, QA/QC, and Sales to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years in assembly, repair, or service operations.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Experience in pump and motor rehabilitation is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead setup, development, and management of assembly and service centers at multiple locations.
• Ensure readiness, efficiency, and safety compliance of all facilities.
• Establish KPIs to measure productivity, cost-effectiveness, and service quality.
• Oversee rehabilitation processes for pumps and motors, ensuring high performance.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Warehouse, QA/QC, and Sales teams.
• Consolidate reports from all service centers covering performance and efficiency.
