• Direct and lead the assembly team to meet departmental goals.
• Plan and execute daily assembly and testing of components.
• Oversee workloads and performance reviews to improve efficiency.
• Provide ongoing leadership to the Assembly team and methods, performance reviews, and labor relations.
• Maintain cost control and output efficiency by minimizing operating costs in a lean assembly environment.
