• Oversee the Assembly Supervisors and technical staff to ensure all activities are aligned with operational objectives.
• Direct and standardize rehabilitation processes for old stocks, including inspection, diagnosis, repair and testing.
• Consolidate reports from all service centers, summarizing operational efficiency, assembly progress and quality performance.
• Work closely with different departments for synchronized job order execution

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of at least five (5) years experience for a supervisory role
